LINEN:
- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth
- Do not use body or hand towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece, the same applies to stained sheets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.
- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.
- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.
- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuing and for access to the accommodation.
- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.
- There is a luggage storage facility at the property for use before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.
- The property has a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet style or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the location.
