RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a safety measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

- This unit does not offer internet access.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Pool: located on the rooftop (7 AM to 10 PM)

- Hot Tub: located on the rooftop (7 AM to 10 PM)

- Lounge: Free use (respecting quiet hours)

- Gym: Access upon visual registration (6 AM to 11 PM)

- Laundry: By reservation at reception (24 hours)

- Coworking: Access upon visual registration (8 AM to 9 PM)

- Game room: Access upon visual registration (8 AM to 9 PM)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6 AM to 10:30 AM and 3 PM to 10 PM)

LINENS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor mat

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a penalty of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and change of linens (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.

- Report any cleaning issues immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area available before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the room rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A convenient and delicious option to start your day or have a meal without leaving the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items in the window.

- Throwing trash out of windows, balconies, or in common areas.
