- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco café: open to the public (6 am to 10:30 am and 3 pm to 10 pm)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths. A fine of R$ 100.00 will be charged per damaged item, the same applies for stained sheets.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk around the common areas in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area in the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

- The property has a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet style or à la carte. A practical and delicious alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Throwing waste out of the windows, balcony, or common areas.
