ENXOVAL:
- Composto por 1 lençol para forro de cama, 1 lençol para se cobrir, fronhas e toalhas de banho de acordo com a quantidade de hóspedes inserida na reserva, além de 1 toalha de rosto no banheiro e 1 pano de piso.
- Não utilize as toalhas de corpo e rosto como panos de chão, evitando uma multa de R$ 100,00 por peça danificada, o mesmo vale para lençóis manchados.
INFORMAÇÕES IMPORTANTES:
- A limpeza e a troca de enxovais (cama e banho) são realizadas apenas uma vez, no momento da entrada na acomodação.
- Falhas na limpeza devem ser comunicadas imediatamente.
- Visitas não são permitidas.
- Deverá ser utilizado o elevador de serviço quando estiver com roupas molhadas e para o transporte de bagagens.
- Não é permitido circular nas áreas comuns do empreendimento com trajes inapropriados, como roupas de banho, roupas íntimas ou sem camisa.
- Em caso de perda da tag ou chave de acesso, será cobrada multa de R$ 80,00 para reemissão e acesso ao alojamento.
- Em caso de danos, será cobrado o valor de reposição do item danificado.
- O empreendimento não possui depósito para bagagens. Não é possível guardar malas antes do check-in ou após o check-out.
