BOOKING PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, a photo ID image (front and back) will be required.

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to availability and confirmation with the management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and in common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24 hour front desk service.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Pool: Located on the Ground Floor (8am to 10pm).

- Noa Space: Free access (8am to 10pm).

- Barbecue area: Reservation required at the front desk (8am to 10pm).

- Gym: Key available at reception (24 hours).

- Kids Room: Key available at reception (8am to 10pm).

- Game Room: Key available at reception (8am to 10pm).

- Playground: Free access for children up to 12 years old (8am to 10pm).

- Laundry Room: Requires downloading the OMO app (24 hours).

- Mini Market: Located on the Ground Floor (24 hours).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) replacement are provided only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk around the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- If the access tag or key is lost, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuing and regaining access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost for the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have a luggage storage area. Storing bags before check-in or after check-out is not possible.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items at the window.

- Throwing waste out the windows, balcony, or in common areas.
