RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, a photo ID (front and back) will be requested.

- The same applies to all guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure your peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the manager.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

USE OF COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (8am to 10pm).

- Gym: (8am to 10pm).

- Maintenance takes place every MONDAY, not available for use on that day.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels based on the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use the bath and face towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and changing of linen (bed and bath) are provided only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit offers an extra bed available to accommodate one child up to 5 years old at no additional cost. Linen is not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- Walking through the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless is not allowed.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and re-access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have a luggage storage facility. Bags cannot be stored before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items in the window.

- Throwing waste out of the windows, balcony, or common areas.

This section of the coastal area is surrounded by palm trees and filled with kiosks selling draft beer, drinks, and seafood, as well as offering live music at night. In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still limited, cyclists and people who enjoy walking fill the seaside avenue lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and items made of lace, are sold at stalls in the Feirinha de Artesanato craft market.
