RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths—this will result in a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Comfortable for up to 4 people.

Breakfast is available at the building’s restaurant for an additional cost of R$24.90 per person. Not included in the daily rate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in date: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the rooftop.

Usage hours: 8 AM to 10 PM.

Maintenance every Monday – pool is unavailable on this day.

If the ACCESS TAG/KEY is lost, a fine of R$50.00 will be charged to allow access to the unit, as we will need to call a locksmith and/or replace the tag/key.

You will also have access to the building’s common areas: Pool, Game Room, and Gym — offering a variety of leisure and wellness options for everyone.

LINEN:

Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, and 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A fine of R$100.00 per item will be charged for improper towel use.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and bed/bath linen change are provided only once, upon check-in.

Access to Gym, Game Room, and Pool as shared spaces.

Laundry available at an additional cost.

Any issues with cleaning or tidiness must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying clothes on windows.

Throwing trash out the windows, balcony, or in common areas.
