- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths. A fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged for each damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) replacement is performed only once, at the time of check-in.
