- Check-out: 12:00 PM.
- The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest.

- Beach item rental: available for an additional fee and reservation at the reception.
LINEN:
- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.
- Please do not use face or bath towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are done only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.
- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.
- The unit offers an extra bed, available to accommodate 1 child up to 5 years old at no additional cost. Linen not included.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.
- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.
- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.
- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.
- There is storage available at the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.
