LINEN SET:
- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.
- Do not use the bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.
- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.
- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.
- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.
- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.
- There is a luggage storage area for bags before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.
