- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon request with the management.

- Gym: Pick up the key at the front desk (24 hours).

- Laundry: Available by scheduling and key at the front desk. Detergent and fabric softener not included (24 hours).

- Coworking: Pick up the key at the front desk (24 hours).

- Pool table: Free use (8 am to 10 pm).

- Automatic mini market: Located at the front desk (24 hours).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor mat.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths; a fine of R$100.00 will be charged for each damaged item, including stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are carried out only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.

- Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not permitted.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the shared areas of the building wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged for reissue and new access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- Barbecue area is for the use of property owners only.

- There is a luggage storage space available at the property before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balcony, or common areas.
