RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, under penalty of a R$100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed sheets. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the apartment and in leisure areas.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days in advance or on the day of check-in: no refund.

Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels (according to the number of guests), and 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a R$100.00 fine per item if bath towels are misused.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen change are only performed once, at check-in.

ATTENTION: If the TAG/ACCESS KEY is lost, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to cover locksmith services and/or replacement of the key.
