PARKING:

- Parking lot is rotating and subject to availability.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) exchange are done only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- Walking in the property's common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt, is not permitted.

- If an access tag or key is lost, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuing and regaining access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, a replacement fee for the damaged item will be charged.
