RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the leisure areas.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: 100% refund.

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

Opening hours: 6 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, there are no maintenance days scheduled.

The mini-market is open 24/7 with a self-service system, so you can shop and pay for items quickly and securely at any time.

BEDDING AND TOWELS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a R$100.00 fine per item if towels are misused.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and towel/linen change are only provided once, at check-in.

ATTENTION: In case of loss of the access TAG/key, a R$80.00 fine will be charged to cover locksmith services and/or replacement.

Access to Gym, Pool, Playroom, and Coworking (extra charge) as common areas.

Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Service elevator must be used with wet clothing or when carrying luggage.

Breakfast is not included in the daily rate. It is served at our charming Move Coffee & Bistro and costs R$32.00 per person – a practical and tasty option available on-site to start your day off right!

Located in the Tambaú neighborhood, a lively and laid-back tourist hub stretching along the beach of the same name, this area is surrounded by palm trees and filled with kiosks selling beer, drinks, and seafood, as well as offering live music at night. In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still limited, cyclists and walkers fill the beachfront avenue, lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and lace items, are sold at the craft market in the Feirinha de Artesanato.
