RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the apartment and in the leisure areas.

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.

Usage hours: 6 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

The mini-market operates 24/7 with a self-checkout system for quick and secure shopping at any time.

LINEN AND TOWELS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A R$100.00 fine applies for misuse or damage of bath towels.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Cleaning and linen/towel changes are done only once upon check-in.

ATTENTION: In case of loss of the access TAG/key, a R$80.00 fine will be charged to cover locksmith costs and/or replacement of TAG/key.

Access to Gym, Pool, Kids’ Playroom, and Coworking (the latter with an additional fee) as common areas.

Cleaning or arrangement issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator only for wet clothes and luggage.

Breakfast is not included in the daily rate. It is served at our charming Move Coffee & Bistro for R$32.00 per person — a practical and tasty option available on-site to start your day right!

Lunch prices may vary; please check directly at reception. You can also confirm the Bistro’s opening hours there.
