The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife and proximity to other beaches and tourist attractions in João Pessoa, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life or fun.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules:

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens.

NO SMOKING inside the apartment and in leisure areas.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.

Use hours: 6 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

The mini-market operates 24 hours, with a self-checkout system for fast and secure shopping anytime.

LINEN AND TOWELS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A R$100.00 fine applies for improper use or damage to bath towels.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Cleaning and linen/towel change are done only once upon check-in.

ATTENTION: In case of loss of the access TAG/KEY, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to cover locksmith costs and/or replacement of the TAG/KEY.

Access to the Gym, Pool, Kids’ playroom, and Coworking space (the latter for a fee) as common areas.

Any issues with cleaning or arrangement must be reported immediately.

Visits are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage only.

Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is served at our charming Move Coffee & Bistro for R$32.00 per person. A practical and tasty option to start your day!

Lunch prices may vary, so please check directly at reception, where you can also confirm the Bistro’s opening hours.

In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still limited, cyclists and walkers fill the beachfront avenue, lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and lace items, are sold at the craft market in the Feirinha de Artesanato.
