The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife and proximity to other beaches and tourist attractions in João Pessoa, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life or fun.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

APARTMENT RULES

DAMAGES AND FINES:

In case of any damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 per damaged piece will be charged. The same applies to stained sheets.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the apartment and common areas.

ACCOMMODATION:

Comfortable for 2 people.

The unit is independent and not a hotel.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.

Located on the rooftop.

Operating hours: 6 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, there are no scheduled maintenance days.

When booking, you have access to common areas of the building: pool, gym, and playroom – offering a variety of leisure and wellness options.

The convenience store operates 24 hours, with a self-service system for quick and safe purchases at any time.

LINEN SET:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A R$100.00 fine will be charged per damaged towel if misused.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen/towel change is done only once, at check-in.

ATTENTION: In case of loss of the TAG/ACCESS KEY, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to cover locksmith and/or replacement costs.

Access to gym, pool, playroom, and coworking space (coworking may incur a fee).

Report any cleaning/housekeeping issues immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when wet or carrying luggage.

Breakfast is not included in the daily rate. It is served at our charming Move Coffee & Bistrô at R$32.00 per person – a practical and delicious option to start your day!

For lunch, prices may vary – please check directly at reception, where you can also confirm the bistro’s operating hours.
