- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID image (front and back).

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon request with the manager.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm).

- Coworking: No reservation necessary (7am to 10pm).

- Laundry: Use available upon payment at reception (24h).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged piece; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are carried out only once, upon entry to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- If the access tag or key is lost, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have baggage storage. It is not possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on the window.

- Throwing any waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.
