Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Comfortable for 2 people.

The unit is autonomous and not a hotel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the rooftop.

Usage hours: 7 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled for the pool.

Additionally, when booking, you will have access to the building's common areas: pool, coworking, and laundry, providing options for leisure and wellness. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Cleaning and linen change are done only once, upon check-in.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying objects in the window.

Throwing trash from windows, balcony, or common areas.

Vary according to demand.

Rotating parking, subject to availability.
