RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

APARTMENT RULES

Damages and Penalties: In case of damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths, under penalty of a R$100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

Cancellations requested 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.

Cancellations requested 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the rooftop.

Use hours: from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Pool is cleaned every night.

By booking, you also gain access to the building's shared areas: pool, gym (check availability at reception), self-service laundry (check at reception), sauna, and mini market, offering leisure and well-being options for all preferences. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place.

BEACH EQUIPMENT:

All items (umbrella, chairs, surfboard, and kayak) must be reserved in advance at the reception.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, and 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Damages and Penalties: In case of damage, the replacement cost will be charged. Do not use towels as floor cloths; a fine of R$100.00 will be charged per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Bed and bath linen are cleaned and replaced only once, at check-in.

Pool access is part of the shared amenities.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothing or luggage.

Throwing trash out the windows, balcony, or common areas.
