RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.


Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, a replacement fee will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a R$ 100.00 fine will be applied for each damaged item, including stained bed sheets.

Located on the rooftop

Opening hours: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Pool cleaning takes place every night

Guests also have access to common areas such as the pool, gym (check availability at reception), laundry (self-service, check availability at reception), sauna, and mini-market — ensuring options for both relaxation and productivity in one place.

BEACH EQUIPMENT:

All equipment (umbrella, chairs, surfboard, kayak) must be reserved in advance at the reception.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels based on the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Damages will incur replacement costs. A fine of R$ 100.00 will be charged per damaged towel or stained sheet.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

Cleaning and linen change are only done once, upon check-in.

Access to the pool is part of the shared areas.

Any cleaning or setup issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are not allowed.

Service elevator must be used when carrying luggage or wearing wet clothes.

Drying objects on windows

Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or common areas
