RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: 12:00 PM.

The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, please contact the administrator to check availability.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the accommodation and common areas.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

ATTENTION:

Automatic bookings are accepted only until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept bookings after this time. If acceptance is possible, we will notify you in advance via the messaging box. If check-in is required during the night or morning, the reservation must also be made for the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines:

In case of damages, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged piece. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Cozy for up to 2 people.

This is a self-contained unit, not a hotel, and therefore breakfast is NOT included in the daily rate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

Available at the building’s front desk:

Scooter: R$15.00/hour

Bicycle: R$15.00/hour

Stand-Up Paddleboard: R$20.00/hour

Single Kayak: R$25.00/hour

Double Kayak: R$25.00/hour

POOL:

Located on the rooftop.

Opening hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Currently, no maintenance days are scheduled.

In case of lost access tag/key, a fine of R$50.00 will be charged due to locksmith services or replacement needs.

When booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas: Pool, Gym, Co-working space (paid), and Laundry (paid) — offering leisure and well-being options for all tastes.

LINEN SET:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a fine of R$100.00 per item for improper towel usage.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and bed/bath linen change are provided only once, at check-in.

Access to Pool, Gym, and Co-working areas is included (some with extra fees).

Any cleaning or housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying items on the window.

Throwing trash from windows, balconies, or common areas.

Vary according to demand.

Rotating, subject to availability.
