RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Rules of Use
Damages and Fines: In case of any damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a R$100.00 fine will be charged per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).
Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the paid amount.
Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.
POOL:
Located on the mezzanine.
Operating hours: 8 AM to 10 PM.
Currently, no scheduled maintenance day.
ATTENTION: Laundry service is available upon scheduling and payment directly at the building’s front desk.
Additionally, when booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas: swimming pool, gym, and pool table — offering leisure and wellness options for every taste. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place.
BED & BATH LINEN:
Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
A fine of R$100.00 will be charged per piece if bath towels are misused.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are performed only once, at check-in.
Access to Gym and Pool as common areas.
Any issue with cleaning must be reported immediately.
Visitors are NOT allowed.
Use the service elevator when in wet clothes or carrying luggage.
In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a R$80.00 fine will be charged to provide access to the unit, as a locksmith and/or new key/tag may be required.
Note: The building does not offer laundry facilities for guests.

Hanging items out the window.
Throwing trash out the windows, balcony, or in common areas.

Upon arrival, before entering the garage, it is necessary that you identify yourselves at the reception.
The garage access control does not open the gate, it only signals for the concierge to identify the guest and release the entrance.
During the stay, the cleaning and change of sheets and towels is carried out only once, on the day of check in. Extra cleaning can only be requested after 5 days of check-in, upon payment and request in advanced
In our layettes we don't have bedspreads or duvets, just common sheets of algodão.

Please DO NOT use body and face towels as floor cloth. Improper use of these items will result in a fine of R$100.00 per damaged piece, the same goes for stained sheets.
