It's home to Manaíra Shopping, the largest mall in Paraíba, and offers a variety of renowned bars and restaurants. The beach is calm and ideal for swimming during low tide.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Damages and Fines

In case of any damage, the cost of replacement will be charged.

Please do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths. A R$ 100.00 fine will be charged per damaged item. This also applies to stained bed sheets.

This is an independent unit, not a hotel.

Cancellation 30 days before check-in: 100% refund

Cancellation within 30 days: 50% refund

Cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in: 30% refund

Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in: No refund

Pool

Located on the rooftop.

Opening hours: from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Maintenance every Monday – pool access may be restricted during this time.

Guests also have access to shared areas such as the pool and gym, offering both relaxation and wellness during your stay. Enjoy the best of both worlds!

Linen and Towels

The linen set includes:

1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, bath towels (based on number of guests), and 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Refer to the “Damages and Fines” section above for proper usage guidelines.

Additional Notes

Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are provided only once, upon check-in.

Access to pool and gym is shared with other guests in the building.

Any issues with cleaning or setup must be reported immediately.

Visitors are not allowed.

Use the service elevator for luggage or when wearing wet clothes.

Prohibited

Do not dry clothes or items in the windows.

Do not throw waste out of the windows, balconies, or in common areas.
