RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules

Damages and Fines:

If any item is damaged, the replacement cost will be charged. Please do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths – a fine of R$100.00 per damaged piece will be applied. The same applies to stained sheets.

Accommodation:

Comfortable for 2 people.

This is a self-managed unit, not a hotel.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation 30 days in advance: 100% refund

Cancellation within 30 days: 50% refund

Cancellation up to 24h before check-in: 30% refund

Cancellation within 24h of check-in: No refund

Pool:

Located on the rooftop

Hours: 7 AM to 10 PM

Currently, no maintenance scheduled

You will also have access to the building’s shared areas: pool, coworking space, laundry and gym – the perfect combination of relaxation and productivity.

Linen:

Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Important: The same fine and damage policy applies to towels and sheets.

Other Important Information:

Bed and bath linen are changed only once, at check-in

Access to shared areas: Pool, Gym, Coworking and laundry

Any cleaning or organization issues must be reported immediately

No visitors allowed

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage

Prohibited:

Hanging objects on the windows

Throwing trash through windows, balconies, or common areas
