RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

APARTMENT RULES

Damages and Penalties: In case of any damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths. A fine of R$100.00 will be charged per damaged item, including stained sheets.

Use hours: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

ATTENTION:

By booking, you will also have access to the shared areas of the building, including the pool, offering leisure and wellness options for all preferences. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, and 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A R$100.00 fine will be charged per item if bath towels are misused or damaged.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Bed and bath linen are cleaned and changed only once, at check-in.

Pool access is considered a shared area.

Cleaning or housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying objects on windows.

Throwing trash from windows, balconies, or into common areas.
