RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of a photo ID (front and back).

- This also applies to all guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to approval by the manager.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days or on the day of check-in: no refund.

COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (6 am to 10 pm).

- Gym: Access through a passcode, please contact the front desk (5 am to 11 pm).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use the bath and face towels as floor cloths. A R$ 100.00 fee per damaged item will be charged; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) replacement are provided only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit provides an extra bed to accommodate 1 child up to 5 years old at no additional charge. Linen is not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- You may not walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- If the access tag or key is lost, an R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissue and accommodation access.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have luggage storage. It is not possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on the window.

- Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or in common areas.
