The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife and proximity to other beaches and tourist attractions in João Pessoa, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life or fun.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Usage Rules
Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece. The same applies to stained bed linens. NO SMOKING in the apartment or leisure areas.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before or on the check-in day: no refund.

Located on the rooftop.
Hours of use: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Currently, no scheduled maintenance days for the pool.

The mini-market operates 24 hours a day with a self-checkout system, allowing you to select and pay for products quickly and securely at any time.
LINEN:
Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
A fine of R$ 100.00 applies per damaged towel if bath towels are used improperly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Cleaning and linen changes are done only once, upon check-in.
ATTENTION: In case of loss of the access TAG/KEY, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged to cover locksmith costs and/or the acquisition of a new TAG/KEY.

Any cleaning failures must be reported immediately.
Visits are NOT allowed.
Use the service elevator for luggage and when carrying wet clothes.
Breakfast is not included and is served at our charming Move Coffee & Bistro at R$ 32.00 per person — a practical and tasty option to start your day!
Lunch prices may vary — please check directly with reception. You can also confirm the Bistro’s hours there.

Our bedding does not include bedspreads or comforters, only regular cotton sheets.
We do not provide: Hair dryers, irons, or bottled water.
