The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife and proximity to other beaches and tourist attractions in João Pessoa, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life or fun.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Rules of Use
Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 will be charged per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens. Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment and in leisure areas.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).
Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.

Located on the rooftop.
Opening hours: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Currently, no scheduled pool maintenance.
When booking, you’ll also have access to the building’s common areas: pool, gym, and kids’ playroom — ensuring entertainment and well-being for everyone.
A 24-hour self-service mini market is available for you to shop and pay securely at any time.
LINENS:
Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels based on the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
Misuse of towels (e.g., using them on the floor) may incur a R$100.00 fine per item.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Cleaning and linen/towel change are done only once, at check-in.
IMPORTANT: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to cover locksmith services or replacement.
Access to Gym, Pool, Playroom, and Coworking (the latter may require an extra fee) is included as common areas.
Any issues with cleaning/organization must be reported immediately.
Visitors are NOT allowed.
Use the service elevator when wet or carrying luggage.
Breakfast is not included in the daily rate. It is served at the charming Move Coffee & Bistrô for R$32.00 per person — a practical and delicious way to start your day!
For lunch, prices may vary. Please check directly at the reception for updated rates and operating hours of the Bistrô.

Our bedding does not include bedspreads or comforters, only regular cotton sheets.
We do not provide: Hair dryers, irons, or bottled water.
