RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Penalties: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a R$100.00 fine will be applied per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in the leisure areas.

Cancellations requested 30 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund.

Cancellations requested 15 to 29 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days prior to check-in or on the day of check-in: No refund.

Opening hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

When booking, you’ll have access to the building's shared amenities: pool, gym, and kids' playroom — providing entertainment and wellness for all tastes.

The mini market is open 24 hours, with a self-service system for you to conveniently select and pay for products anytime.

BED AND BATH LINENS:

Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Misuse of bath towels will result in a R$100.00 fine per damaged piece.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Cleaning and linen change are provided only once, upon check-in.

ATTENTION: In case of loss of the unit’s access TAG/KEY, a R$80.00 fee will be charged to cover locksmith service and/or replacement.

Access to gym, pool, playroom, and coworking (coworking subject to additional fee) is included as shared amenities.

Any cleaning or arrangement issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when carrying luggage or wearing wet clothes.

Breakfast is not included in the daily rate but is available at our charming Move Coffee & Bistrô for R$32.00 per person — a practical and tasty way to start your day!

Lunch pricing may vary — please check directly at reception, where you can also confirm Bistrô hours.

In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still limited, cyclists and walkers fill the beachfront avenue, lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and lace items, are sold at the craft market in the Feirinha de Artesanato.
