Intermares is a neighborhood located in Cabedelo, in the Metropolitan Region of João Pessoa, Paraíba. It is well known for its calm and crystal-clear waters, making it ideal for those who enjoy water activities such as stand-up paddle, kayaking, and relaxing sea baths. The beach is also famous for its natural pools formed by reefs, visible at certain times, providing a unique experience for visitors.

The infrastructure in Intermares is excellent, with various bars, restaurants, and kiosks along the shore, offering great options for leisure and dining for both tourists and locals. RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

DAMAGES AND FINES:

In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths – a fine of R$100.00 will be charged per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Cozy for up to 4 people.

The unit is self-managed and not a hotel, therefore breakfast is NOT included.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the rooftop.

Available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

In case of lost TAG/KEY, a R$50.00 fine will be charged to access the unit again due to the need to call a locksmith or purchase a new key.

Upon booking, you will have access to common areas: Pool, Game Room, and Kids’ Playroom – offering entertainment for everyone.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Misuse of towels (e.g., using as floor cloths) will result in a R$100.00 fine per damaged item.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Cleaning and linen change are provided only once, upon check-in.

Access to Pool, Game Room, and Kids’ Playroom as shared areas.

Any cleaning/housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying items in windows.

Throwing garbage through windows, balconies, or in common areas.
