Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines:

In case of damage, the replacement value of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged piece. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Cozy for 3 people.

The unit is autonomous and not a hotel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the check-in date: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the mezzanine.

Hours of use: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

No scheduled maintenance at this time.

NOTE: Laundry service available only by appointment and payment directly at the building reception.

By booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas: pool, gym, and pool table — offering leisure and well-being for every taste. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place.

LINEN SET:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A fine of R$100.00 will be charged per damaged item if towels are used improperly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are provided only once, upon check-in.

Access to the gym and pool as common areas.

Any cleaning/housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage.

In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a FINE of R$80.00 will be charged to allow access to the apartment, as a locksmith and/or replacement may be required.

IMPORTANT: This building does not offer laundry facilities for guests.

PROHIBITED:

Drying objects on windows.

Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or in common areas.
