The Way Tambaú Building is a modern residential condominium located in João Pessoa, at Tambaú Beach. With sophisticated architecture and a privileged location, the building offers full leisure infrastructure, including a pool, gym, and 24-hour security. It’s one of the most sought-after developments in the area, perfect for those looking for leisure and great dining near the beach.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Fines: In case of any damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

Cancellations requested 30 days or more before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the check-in day: no refund.

By booking, you will also have access to the building's common areas, including the pool and gym, offering leisure and wellness options for all preferences. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

Pool hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

IMPORTANT: The rooftop barbecue area, Gourmet Space, and Lounge Room are available only with prior booking at the reception and an additional fee.

LINEN SET:

Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A fine of R$ 100.00 per item applies if bath towels are misused.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Cleaning and linen change are done only once, upon check-in.

Access to the gym and pool as shared areas.

Any cleaning or setup issues must be reported immediately.

No visitors allowed.

Use the service elevator when carrying luggage or wearing wet clothes.

PROHIBITED:

Drying items in the window.
