RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of a photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 pm onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 pm.

- From 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to approval by the management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days or on the day of check-in: no refund.

COMMON AREAS:

- Swimming pool: Located on the rooftop (8am to 10pm, Tuesday to Sunday).

- Gym: Located on the 1st floor. Entry with tag (24h access).

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged piece. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon arrival in the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk through the common areas wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, there is a R$80.00 fee for reissuing and regaining access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is no luggage storage available in the building. It is not possible to store bags before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on the window.

- Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or in common areas.

DAILY RATE:

- Rates vary according to demand.

PARKING:

- Reserved space.

- Accessed via remote control, available in the accommodation.
