RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Fines: In case of any damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths. This may result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item, as well as for stained bed sheets.

Opening hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Currently, there are no scheduled maintenance days.

The barbecue area, Gourmet Space, and Lounge Room are available only by appointment at the reception and for an additional fee.

By booking, you will also have access to the common areas of the building: pool and gym, offering leisure and wellness options for all preferences. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINENS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A fine of R$ 100.00 per item will be charged for improper towel use.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and bed/bath linen replacement are carried out only once, upon check-in.

Access to gym and pool as shared amenities.

Any issues with cleaning or organization must be reported immediately.

Service elevator must be used for wet clothes and luggage.
