RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines:

In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

Accommodation:

Cozy for 3 people.

The unit is self-managed and is not a hotel.

Important Information

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

Pool:

Located on the mezzanine.

Usage hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

Attention: Laundry available by appointment and payment directly at the building reception.

By booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas: pool, gym, and pool table, offering leisure and well-being options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

Linen:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item for improper use of bath towels.

Additional Important Information:

Cleaning and linen change are done only once, upon check-in.

Access to gym and pool as common areas.

Any cleaning or housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage only.

In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to regain access, as a locksmith must be called or a new tag/key acquired.

Attention: This building does not provide laundry service for guests.

Prohibited:

Drying items on the windows.

Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
