RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines:

In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

Accommodation:

Cozy for 2 people.

This is a self-contained unit, not a hotel.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the day of check-in: no refund.

Pool:

Located on the mezzanine.

Usage hours: 8 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, no scheduled maintenance days.

Attention: Laundry available by appointment and payment directly at the building’s reception.

By booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas: pool, gym, and pool table — ensuring leisure and wellness options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

Linen:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests booked, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item if bath towels are misused.

Important Information:

Cleaning and linen/towel change are done only once, upon check-in.

Access to Gym and Pool as common areas.

Any cleaning or tidiness issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Service elevator use: for wet clothes and luggage.

In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a R$ 80.00 fine will be charged to allow access, as locksmith or new tag/key purchase is needed.

Attention: This building does not offer laundry service for guests.

Prohibited:

Drying objects on the window.

Throwing trash out windows, balconies, or common areas.
