RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Penalties: In case of damage, the cost of item replacement will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a R$100.00 fine will be applied for each damaged piece, including stained bed sheets. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and leisure areas.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of arrival: no refund.

Located on the rooftop.

Use hours: 6 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, no scheduled maintenance day.

BEDDING SET:

Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels (according to number of guests listed on the reservation), plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Misuse of bath towels will incur a R$100.00 fine per damaged piece.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen change are done only once, at check-in.

ATTENTION: Lost TAG/KEY will incur an R$80.00 fine to cover locksmith service or replacement cost.

Access to Gym, Pool, Kids' Playroom, and Coworking (the latter for an extra fee) as common areas.

Report any issues with cleaning immediately.

Visitors are not allowed.

Use the service elevator when carrying luggage or wearing wet clothes.

Breakfast is not included in the rate and is served at our charming Move Coffee & Bistro at R$32.00 per person — a convenient and delicious option to start your day!

For lunch, prices may vary — check directly at the reception for details and opening hours.
