RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Usage Rules
Damages and Penalties:
In case of damages, the cost of item replacement will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 will be charged per damaged item, the same applies to stained sheets.

The unit is autonomous and not a hotel.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).
Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.
POOL:
Located on the mezzanine.
Opening hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Currently, no scheduled maintenance days.
ATTENTION: Laundry service is available upon scheduling and payment directly at the building’s front desk.
By booking, you’ll also have access to the building’s common areas: pool, gym, and pool table — ensuring leisure and wellness options for everyone. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place.
BEDDING & LINEN:
Includes: 1 bottom sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom.
A fine of R$100.00 will be charged for damaged pieces due to misuse of towels.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Cleaning and bed/bath linen change are performed only once, at check-in.
Access to the gym and pool is part of the common areas.
Any cleaning/housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.
Visitors are NOT allowed.
Use the service elevator for wet clothing and luggage.
In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged as a locksmith must be called or a new tag purchased.
ATTENTION: This building does not offer laundry facilities for guests.
PROHIBITED:
Drying items on the window.
Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.
