- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon request with the administrator.

- Jacuzzi: Located on the rooftop (9 AM to midnight).

- Mini Market: Located at reception. Purchases are self-service (24 hours).

- Parking: Rotating spots.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the booking, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, upon entry into the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk through the common areas wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the unit.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area available for bags before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

- The property features a charming café, perfect for starting the day with convenience and flavor. There you will find delicious breakfast options available for purchase, not included in the daily rate. An excellent alternative to enjoy a full meal without needing to leave the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
