CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths. A fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item will be charged; the same applies for stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are carried out only once, upon arrival at the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothing or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- If the access tag or key is lost, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area at the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Disposing of waste through windows, balconies, or common areas.
