RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

DAMAGES AND FINES:

In case of any damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$ 100.00 will be applied for each damaged piece. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Cozy for up to 3 people.

This is a self-contained unit and not a hotel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the mezzanine level.

Hours of use: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Currently, no scheduled maintenance days.

ATTENTION: Laundry available upon appointment and payment directly at the building’s front desk.

By booking, you also gain access to the building’s shared amenities: pool, gym, and pool table — offering leisure and wellness options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place.

LINEN:

Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, and 1 hand towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a fine of R$ 100.00 per piece if bath towels are misused.

MORE IMPORTANT INFO:

Cleaning and linen/towel change are done only once, upon check-in.

Access to gym and pool as shared areas.

Any issues with cleaning or tidiness must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothing and luggage.

In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a FINE of R$ 80.00 will be charged. We will need to call a locksmith and/or purchase a new key/tag.

ATTENTION: Laundry service is NOT available for guests in this building.

PROHIBITED:

Drying objects in the windows.

Throwing trash out of windows, balconies, or in shared areas.

DAILY RATES:

Prices vary according to demand.
