RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon request with the management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days or on the day of check-in: no refund.

COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: located on the rooftop (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of registered guests, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) change are provided only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas in inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and accommodation access.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- The building does not have a luggage storage area. It is not possible to store bags before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste through windows, balcony, or in common areas.
