RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, an image of your photo ID (front and back) will be requested.

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the manager.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

- Swimming pool: located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm).

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm).

- Lounge: Free access (respecting the quiet hours).

- Gym: Access upon visual registration (6am to 11pm).

- Laundry: By reservation at the front desk (24 hours).

- Coworking space: Access upon visual registration (8am to 9pm).

- Game room: Access upon visual registration (8am to 9pm).

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco cafe: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm).

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged item; this also applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are only done once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator should be used if wearing wet clothes or when transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost for the damaged item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage available for items before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

- The property has a charming cafe, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and may be ordered buffet-style or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative for starting your day or having a meal without leaving the property.

- Drying items in the window.

- Throwing trash out the windows, balcony, or common areas.
