- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the manager.

- Laundry: Reservation required at reception (24 hours).

- Coworking: Access with visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

- Game room: Access with visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Cafe: open to the public (6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.).


LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) changes are done only once, upon check-in at the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator should be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the property’s common areas in inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area in the property for bags before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.

- The property has a charming cafe, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet-style or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the property.
