RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After your reservation is confirmed, the host will request an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same procedure will be required for each guest.

- This is our standard security procedure to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: 12:00 PM.

- The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest.

- To request an early check-in, please contact the manager to check availability.

- We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

- Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.

- Cancellations requested less than 15 days in advance or on the check-in day: no refund.

USE OF COMMON AREAS:

- Swimming pool: located on the rooftop (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

- Gym: Access upon visual registration (6 a.m. to 11 p.m.).

- Laundry: Reservation required at the front desk.

- Kingdom Coffee cafeteria: open to the public (6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.).

- Coworking: Access upon visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

- Game room: Access upon visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor rags, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and changing of bed and bath linens are provided only once, upon arrival at the accommodation.

- Any issues with tidiness or cleanliness must be reported immediately.

- Use the service elevator: when wearing wet clothes and for luggage transport.

- In case of damages, the cost of replacement for the damaged item will be charged.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- The property has a cafeteria offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Meals are not included in the nightly rates and are served at the charming Kingdom Coffee at R$ 35.00 per person (buffet), with additional à la carte options. A practical and delicious option on site to start your day well!

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects in the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balcony, or common areas.
