- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon request with the manager.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 mattress sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the booking, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths; failure to comply will result in a R$100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged for reissuing and regaining access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is storage available at the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.
