RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item will apply. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

The unit is autonomous and not a hotel.

USE OF THE WASHING MACHINE IS PROHIBITED in the unit.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the check-in date: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the mezzanine.

Hours of use: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Maintenance every MONDAY – pool closed on that day.

By booking, you have access to the building’s common areas: Pool, Gym, Coworking Space, and Kids’ Area — offering a perfect mix of leisure and productivity all in one place.

LINEN AND TOWELS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, and 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a R$100.00 fine per piece if towels are used improperly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen/towel change are done only once, upon arrival.

Access to Pool, Gym, Coworking, and Kids’ Area as shared amenities.

Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to restore access, as we may need to call a locksmith and/or replace the item.

ATTENTION: This building does not offer laundry facilities for guests.

PROHIBITED:

Drying items on the window.

Throwing trash out of windows, balconies, or common areas.

Smoking is prohibited in the unit and leisure areas – subject to a fine.
