- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

- Restaurant: Adjacent to the reception (11:30 am to 9:30 pm from Wednesday to Monday).

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests stated in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

- Do not use towels or sheets as floor cloths.

- Damaged or stained items: penalty of R$ 100.00 per item.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have a baggage storage area. It is not possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
