RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID image (front and back).

- This also applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon request with the administrator.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days or on the day of check-in: no refund.

USE OF COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: located on the rooftop (8am to 10pm).

- Laundry: Available by reservation and payment of a fee at the front desk.

- Restaurant: Next to the front desk (11:30am to 9:30pm, Wednesday to Monday).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies for stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. - The property features the charming Maral restaurant, which offers a beautiful seaside view. It's perfect for enjoying unique moments throughout the day. The space serves lunch and dinner, with a varied à la carte menu, as well as delicious desserts and snacks. A practical, tasty, and convenient option—all on-site—to make your experience even more special.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items in the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, on the balcony, or in common areas.

- Rates vary according to demand.
