- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of a photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the management.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

USE OF COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: located on the rooftop (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

- Laundry: Available by reservation and payment of the fee at reception.

- Restaurant: Adjacent to the reception (11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Wednesday to Monday).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the booking, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor rags to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged piece. The same applies for stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) replacement are carried out only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have luggage storage. It is not possible to store suitcases before check-in or after check-out.

The space offers lunch and dinner with a varied à la carte menu, as well as delicious desserts and snacks.
